2018 courses are open: apply online

The Tatoosh School anticipates awarding over $ 30,000 in scholarships for this year’s courses.  For many of our students, field study would not be possible without the generous aid of our donors, who support outstanding candidates via the Bridger Scholarship Fund and through direct giving.

Learn more about the Bridger Scholarship Fund and apply for help with your course costs.

In addition, a growing number of schools allow students to take institutional financial aid off-campus. Check with your financial aid office to see what aid you may be able to apply to your Tatoosh program.

Course costs cover instruction and programming, air travel round-trip between Seattle and Alaska, kayaking and camping equipment, field research equipment, ground and water transport, group dinners, and course texts, technology, and journals.
